Fine powders can generate static electricity, causing particles to cling to the inner sealing film and jeopardize the final closure. To prevent this, our flat pouches are manufactured with integrated anti-static film treatments during the lamination process. This repels fine particulate matter from the open filling mouth, ensuring a clean, contaminant-free thermal fusion when your automated heat-sealing jaws close.

Because flat pouches lack a bottom gusset to stand upright, they are optimized for hanging displays or countertop retail boxes. We provide precision die-cut hanging holes—including standard round slots or heavy-duty Euro-holes—allowing the packets to hang perfectly straight on retail pegboards. Alternatively, they pack beautifully into custom cardboard display boxes (PDQ trays) for high-impact point-of-purchase checkout placement.

Empty flat pouches are highly sensitive to creasing if packed loosely. Our factory packs them tightly in flat, uniform stacks wrapped in protective master polybags. These stacks are securely nested into heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated export cartons with internal stabilization boards. Cartons are then tightly palletized, heavily shrink-wrapped, and fitted with rigid edge protectors to absorb transport vibration and completely eliminate creasing or corner bending.
