Custom Plastic Films & Rollstock Materials

We recommend multi-layer rollstock films. Use an outer layer like BOPP or PET for stiffness and clear printing, and an inner layer like PE for strong seals. This setup gives you fast, consistent seals (up to 100 bags/min) and keeps your product fresh.

PET gives you the clearest printing and best puncture protection for premium bags. BOPP costs less and blocks moisture well, making it great for snacks. Nylon is the toughest against cracking and punctures, which is best for sharp products or frozen foods.

Yes. We make mono-material PE films that go straight into standard recycling streams. We also offer films with 30% to 50% GRS-certified PCR content to help you meet sustainability goals while keeping your product safe.

Custom rollstock starts at 100kg per SKU (about 5,000 to 20,000 meters depending on thickness). If you need printed bags, our digital printing starts at just 500 pieces with no plate fees. For the lowest cost per bag, gravure printing starts at 5,000kg.

Standard PE film stretches easily and melts at low temperatures. If you run it through a fast printer, your designs will warp, and the heat sealers will burn it. MDOPE is stretched during manufacturing to make it stiff and heat-resistant. This lets you print on the outside while keeping the whole package 100% recyclable.

Matte varnish is a liquid sprayed over standard film. It easily scratches and scuffs during shipping. MATOPP is a built-in matte layer. Its smooth, frosted look is part of the plastic itself, so it won't rub off. It gives your bags a premium look and serves as a great base for Spot UV printing.

Ocean shipping involves high pressure and changing humidity, which can make cheap films peel. We use solvent-free adhesives and cure every batch in a temperature-controlled room for up to 72 hours. This bonds the layers tightly, keeping moisture out and your package safe.
