Your Coffee Stays Fresh 18 Months.
Your Bags Arrive in 14 Days, Door-to-Door.
We make coffee bags with OTR <5 cc/m²·day — tested by SGS — so dark roasts stay shelf-stable without sweat or oil migration. No freight broker, no port surprises: you get one landed price (DDP) and your order shows up at the roastery. We run custom tea bags on the same line. Material choices include foil-barrier laminates and compostable PLA/NK — both pass FDA and EU food-contact standards.

Eco-Friendly Coffee Bags:
Two Options That Actually Work.
Freshly roasted coffee releases CO2 for days after roasting and absorbs oxygen rapidly. Our eco laminates are built around this: CO2 vents out, oxygen stays out. Shelf life reaches 12–18 months — same as conventional foil bags.
100% Compostable (PLA + NK Film)
Plant-based PLA outer + NK inner layer. Certified EN 13432 compostable. OTR is comparable to standard metalized film — your beans get 12+ months shelf life without aluminum.
Recyclable Monomaterial (PE/PE)
All-polyethylene structure — one material, one recycling stream. Oil migration resistance is built into the inner sealant layer. Compatible with Store Drop-Off programs in the US, EU, and AU.
Eco Degassing Valves
Compostable bio-valves (PLA body) for compostable bags, and monomaterial PE valves for PE/PE bags. Each vents CO2 out without letting O2 back in — no compromise on your sustainability claims.

The price we quote covers everything — factory, freight, import duties, last-mile. Your bags arrive at your door with a single invoice. No port fees, no customs broker, no back-and-forth.
OTR <5 cc/m²·day. No oil bleed.
Dark roasts are high in oils. Standard laminates fail within months. We use solvent-free co-extruded layers (VMPET or foil) that keep oxygen out and oils in — shelf life tested to 18 months under ambient conditions.

Real Questions from Coffee Roasters
Questions we actually get from buyers — on materials, minimums, customs, and eco options.
Oil migration usually comes from two places: a sealant layer that isn't chemically inert to lipids, or a lamination adhesive that breaks down under the oils. Our inner VMPET or co-extruded aluminum layers are specifically tested for high-oleic contact. Lamination is solvent-free, so there's no adhesive layer that softens. If your current bags are failing at 3 months, the fix is a structure change — not just a thicker outer film. Send us a sample of the failed bag and we can identify the weak layer.
This comes up a lot. The short answer: yes, if the valve material matches the bag substrate. For our PLA/NK compostable bags, we use bio-valves with a PLA housing that's independently EN 13432 certified. For PE/PE recyclable bags, the valve is monomaterial PE so the whole assembly stays in one recycling stream. The adhesive that bonds the valve to the bag is also matched to the substrate. If you have specific certification requirements (TUV, BPI, etc.), let us know upfront — not all certifications treat valves the same way.
Our rotogravure presses run cost-efficiently at volumes of 3,000+ bags per SKU. Below that, we use HP Indigo digital printing — no plate costs, so you're not paying $800–$1,200 per color set for a 500-bag run. The trade-off is cost-per-unit is slightly higher than rotogravure at high volume. For most small-batch roasters, digital at 500–1,000 bags per SKU is the practical path. We can run multiple SKUs in a single production batch to reduce per-order minimums.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the price we quote you is the final number. It covers factory production, export packaging, international freight (sea or air), customs clearance in your country, import duties, and last-mile delivery to your warehouse address. View past delivery cases → The one exception: if your country charges VAT or GST at import as a consumer tax rather than a trade duty, that may not be covered — we'll clarify this for your specific destination before quoting.
