A Pouch, Spout and Cap Specified as One Pack
A capped spout pouch combines a flexible body with a fitted dispensing opening and cap. The body shape, material, spout weld area and closure work together with the product and filling process.

Shaped Spout Pouches for Skincare Cream
This actual skincare-cream project shows a round die-cut pouch with a reclosable spout and cap. It lists MOPP / VMPET / PE and gravure printing. The project is described for a 30g cream fill; this mass is not a universal liquid-volume rating.
Stand-Up Spout Pouches with Handles for Refills
The actual dishwashing-liquid refill project shows a stand-up pouch with a spout, cap and handle. It is listed for 2L refills using PET / NY / PE and gravure printing. The project demonstrates a refill configuration, not food-contact or hot-fill suitability for every bag.
Select the Net Fill and Review the Formed Pouch
State your intended net volume in mL or L, or the net mass in g or kg as appropriate to the product. Do not convert a cream’s mass into a liquid volume without the actual product data.
Usable fill depends on the formed body, gusset, spout position, headspace and filling or treatment process. A brimful volume or an outer-size string is not the same as your saleable net fill.

Confirm the gusset convention, finished outer dimensions, spout projection and weld area on the drawing. Define the actual spout and cap separately with the selected fitment specification.
Actual Project Reference Dimensions
The actual cream project is published as 10 × 9.6 cm and the refill project as 21.5 × 29 + 6 cm. These describe those projects; test the selected bag with your own fill and use conditions.

Center or Corner Position
Choose the position with the pouch shape, handling method and pouring or direct-use experience. Review the selected configuration as a filled pack.
Bore, Neck and Holding Features
Spout bore affects the flow path, but it is not the only compatibility dimension. Confirm the neck, outer dimensions, holding features, cap and fitment drawing with the filling and capping setup.
Product Flow and Particles
Describe viscosity under filling and use conditions, and any particles or solids. Trial the product through the selected opening instead of choosing by a universal thin-liquid or thick-liquid rule.
First Opening and Reclosure
Specify any first-opening indication, cap removal and reclosure requirements. Tamper evidence, child resistance and cap-safety features address different requirements; identify the ones relevant to the product and sales market.
Printed Panels and Shape
Plan wording, artwork and any handle around folds, seals and the spout weld area. Free design includes unlimited revisions and free layered print-ready files for the agreed body and fitment specification.
Materials for the Product and Processing Conditions
Select the pouch body and fitment combination around the actual formula, protection needs, filling conditions, treatment process and storage.

Cold fill, hot fill, pasteurization, retort and high-pressure processing are different process requirements. Confirm the complete selected configuration for the intended conditions before approval; one generic laminate or cap description does not establish all-process suitability.

Agree the Filling Route Before the Final Specification
Align through-spout filling vs. open-edge heat sealing with your plant machinery, fill temperature, and trial protocol.
Filling Through the Spout
Review the selected neck, holding arrangement, nozzle access and cap application with the filling and capping equipment. A shared nominal bore does not establish that all fitments work on the same line.
Filling Through an Open Edge
If the selected design is filled through an open edge, agree which edge remains open and how it will be finally sealed. Keep the product clear of the final seal and consider the spout’s position during handling.
Trial Your Actual Product
Review fill amount, headspace, product flow, closure application and dispensing on the selected sample. Include the intended temperature and treatment process when applicable.
