Yes, you can. We use a method called white under-printing. When we print your bags using our rotogravure or digital presses, we put a solid layer of white ink directly under your text, barcodes, and logos. This blocks the rainbow effect in those specific spots, so your colors stay accurate and easy to read, while the rest of the bag keeps its bright holographic shine.
To get a clean foil stamp, set up your holographic areas as a separate, 100% black vector layer in your design file. Keep lines at least 0.4mm thick and avoid making text smaller than 7pt, as tiny details can get blurry with foil. Also, make sure to keep all foil designs at least 6mm away from the edges where the bag will be heat-sealed. This stops the sealing machines from melting the holographic finish.
