We offer spout sizes from 8.6mm up to 33mm. For clear bone broth, an 8.6mm to 15mm spout works perfectly on high-speed filling lines. If you sell chunky soups like chowder or stew, we use a wide 22mm to 33mm spout. This stops chunks from getting stuck in your filling machines and helps your customers pour the soup easily.
Normal plastic bags can weaken and peel apart when filled with hot grease, tomato paste, or vinegar. We prevent this by using a tough RCPP inner lining bonded with solvent-free adhesives. This holds the bag together even when exposed to high heat and heavy fats, keeping your soup safe.
